- ½ cup (120 ml / 40g) of paprika
- 1 tbsp (15 ml / 5g) dehydrated, ground onion
- ½ tbsp (7.5 ml / 2g) dehydrated, ground garlic
- 1 tbsp (15 ml / 5g) cardamom powder
- ¼ tbsp (3.75 ml / 1g) cinnamon powder
- ¼ tbsp (3.75 ml / 1g) clove powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml / 5g) coriander powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml / 5g) fenugreek powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml / 5g) ginger powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml / 15g) salt
